Level 1 ESOL: Intensive Everyday English for L1 Learners

This is a 3-week intensive course, for those whose first language is NOT English, to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening in English. The course will run during school hours on 3 consecutive Fridays during June. This course will use the themes of beliefs about 鈥榗hance鈥, mysteries in literature, and our attitude to the media to practise English in a relatable and meaningful way. It will include individual, pair and group work with opportunities to improve all four main skills. You are expected to have a reasonable level of English, as materials will be at B1/B2 proficiency. The course will cover some aspects of pronunciation and grammar in addition to practising the 4 main skills.
